These fall engagement photos taken at a horse farm in Asheville are on fire! A beautiful couple, cute dogs and perfect golden light? That’s the trifecta right there.
These two had such sweet, happy dogs they wanted to include in their session and as always I’m all about the pups! We started the session with them first. Listen, couples in love are my favorite thing to photograph but dogs are the best models 😉 The cute Boxer was all wiggly and happy and the Doodle enjoyed rolling around in their laps. No one here took a bad photo that’s for sure.
After we got plenty of photos with the dogs we let them rest a while and focused on just the couple, and they were so easy to work with and just totally on board for a bunch of silly, fun things. I think it really comes across in the pictures just how well this session flowed and how in love they are.
Not to mention, check out these fall colors! Every season has it’s benefits but fall engagement photos might be my favorite option. We didn’t get any pics with the horses, they were too busy eating this time to be bothered to work with us, but the scenery, the couple and the dogs were more than enough. Their perfectly styled outfits just set it all off perfectly, because clothes matter, y’all! That can often be the single most important factor in how your pictures turn out so don’t neglect your clothing colors. These two rocked their choices.
Now lets talk about that light…we got this session in RIGHT in the middle of golden hour. That dreamy backlight haze is so romantic and I love when I’m able to catch that.
